2024 Annual Dues Payment Center
Invoices for annual dues for each year are mailed in December of the prior year. Payment is due by January 31st of that year. CLICK HERE for more information about our homeowner dues and payment process. 2024 dues are $121.00. For prior years' payment or past-dues with fees, please mail to the address below or contact us at oha@olympushoa.org to be sent a payment request from PayPal.
Online
Payment for 2024 dues can be made online via PayPal using the form below. We accept payments from most major credit cards, and PayPal credit/checking accounts. There will be a convenience charge of $5.00 for online payments to offset PayPal fees, so online payment total will be $126.00. To avoid processing delays, be sure to include your full name and the address of your Olympus property.

Payments by check for $121.00 should be sent by mail to our Property Management company. Be sure to include your Olympus property address on your check, if your account address is not the same. Send payment to:
